Ghar Se does not prepare, cook, or handle food.
Food preparation, quality, hygiene, and safety are the sole responsibility of the chef.
2️⃣ Service Area & Order Type
Services are available only within the Vapi area.
All orders are accepted on a pre-order basis only.
Delivery dates and cut-off times are set by the chef.
3️⃣ User Responsibilities (Customers)
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
Orders once confirmed cannot be modified after cut-off time.
As food items are perishable, returns are not accepted.
4️⃣ Chef Responsibilities
Chefs are responsible for food quality, hygiene, and timely preparation.
Chefs must follow their declared menu, schedule, and pricing.
Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or removal.
5️⃣ Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed after platform review.
Ghar Se reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.
6️⃣ Cancellations
Customer or chef cancellations are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Last-minute cancellations may result in penalties or restrictions.
7️⃣ Limitation of Liability
Ghar Se is not liable for:
Food quality or hygiene issues
Health-related concerns arising from food consumption
Delays caused by chefs or customers
8️⃣ Account Suspension
Ghar Se reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
9️⃣ Policy Updates
Ghar Se may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
