• Ghar Se is a technology platform connecting customers with independent home chefs.

• All food items are pure vegetarian and available on a pre-order basis only.

• Service is limited to the Vapi area.

• Orders must be placed before the cut-off time mentioned by the chef.

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled after the cut-off time.

• As food items are perishable, returns are not accepted.

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per platform review.

• Food preparation, quality, and hygiene are the chef’s responsibility.

• Ghar Se reserves the right to update policies at any time.
