Ghar Se operates on a pre-order basis only.
Orders cannot be cancelled after the cut-off time mentioned by the chef.
Customer-initiated cancellations before the cut-off time may be allowed as per platform rules.
As food items are perishable, returns are not accepted.
Refunds are considered only in cases of:
Order not delivered
Wrong or missing items
Food quality issues (after review)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable time frame.
Ghar Se is a technology platform; food preparation and quality are the responsibility of the chef.
The platform reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests after verification.
