  • Ghar Se operates on a pre-order basis only.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after the cut-off time mentioned by the chef.

  • Customer-initiated cancellations before the cut-off time may be allowed as per platform rules.

  • As food items are perishable, returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds are considered only in cases of:

    • Order not delivered

    • Wrong or missing items

    • Food quality issues (after review)

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable time frame.

  • Ghar Se is a technology platform; food preparation and quality are the responsibility of the chef.

  • The platform reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests after verification.
