Ghar Se is a local, community-driven platform connecting home chefs with customers who love fresh, homemade vegetarian food. To ensure transparency and smooth service, please read our Delivery Policy carefully.

📍 Delivery Area

  • Delivery is available only within Vapi city limits.

  • Orders outside the service area will not be accepted.

  • Before placing an order, please check whether delivery is available for your pincode. Orders placed for non-serviceable pincodes may be cancelled.

🕒 Delivery Type

  • All orders are pre-orders only.

  • Delivery date and time slot are shown while placing the order.

  • Same-day or instant delivery is not available.

🚚 Delivery Charges (Per Order)

Delivery charges depend on the total quantity of plates in a single order, not per plate.

💡 Bulk orders require auto delivery to ensure food safety and timely service.

📦 Packaging / Container Charges

  • Normal packaging (regular food containers, carry bags) is included in the food price.

  • Bulk or special packaging (large trays, extra-strong containers, insulated boxes) may incur an additional charge.

  • Any extra packaging charge will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

❌ No Local Pickup

  • Ghar Se does not offer local pickup.

  • All orders are delivered to the customer’s address as per the selected delivery slot.

🧾 How Charges Are Displayed

  • Delivery and packaging charges (if any) are shown:

    • On the product page (informational)

    • On the cart page (auto-calculated)

    • On the checkout page (final amount)

No hidden charges are added after order confirmation.

⚠️ Failed or Rescheduled Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery may attract additional charges.

  • In rare cases of unavoidable delays, our team will inform you in advance.

🤝 Responsibility

  • Chefs are responsible for preparing food and using food-safe packaging.

  • Ghar Se manages delivery logistics and delivery personnel.

  • Delivery charges are collected from customers and paid to delivery partners.
