Only pure vegetarian food is allowed.
Home chefs, tiffin services, and small food businesses may register.
Chef registration is subject to admin approval.
π Food Quality & Hygiene
Food must be freshly prepared on the selected order date.
Maintain proper cleanliness, hygiene, and safe packaging.
Use good-quality ingredients only.
Reheating or stale food is strictly not allowed.
π Pre-Order & Schedule Policy
Ghar Se follows a pre-order system only.
Chefs must clearly mention:
Available cooking dates
Cut-off time for orders
Minimum order quantity (if any)
Last-minute cancellations by chefs should be avoided.
π½ Menu & Pricing
Chefs are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, and descriptions.
Prices should include all preparation costs.
Any change in menu or availability must be updated before accepting orders.
π Delivery & Pickup
Service is limited to the Vapi area only.
Delivery or pickup rules must be followed as per platform guidelines.
Chefs must ensure timely readiness of orders.
π° Payments & Commission
Ghar Se operates on a commission-based model.
Commission is charged only on successful orders.
Payments will be settled as per the platformβs payment cycle.
β Order Cancellation & Refunds
Chef-side cancellations after order confirmation may lead to penalties.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per Ghar Se rules.
Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
β Ratings & Customer Feedback
Customer feedback and ratings affect chef visibility.
Consistently poor ratings may lead to review or deactivation.

Any of the following may result in temporary or permanent suspension:
Poor hygiene or food quality complaints
False information or misleading menu details
Repeated order cancellations
Misbehavior with customers or platform staff
